RE: [RC] Women and Makeup

Title: Women and Makeup
Don't need to go to a dressage show to see DQ's and make-up.  They are in full make-up before they even go to the barn!

A friend of a friend of mine opened a high end "dressage accoutrements" store (tack store didn't seem like the right name) in Los Altos, CA.   You have to see it to beleive it.  It's set up like a boutique.  And she's doing a bang-up business, too, with her $700 shadbellies.

Last time I went in there, I think that I was in a T-shirt with my holy tights.  I ducked in quick and ducked out quick so I'm not an embarassment to Vicky!  Nothing wrong with them wearing makeup.  Like the ramp vs. step-down - diversity makes the world go around.  Just don't see how they keep from wrecking their manicures from being around horses.

I myself hasn’t seen lipstick on my lips since the Christmas party on a SF Bay cruise!
