Hello all,

I cut and pasted the intro below and article IV which I found of special
interest, having personally witnessed some, let's say, "errors" in heart
rates being recorded....


Motion tabled to the FEI Representatives for endurance of major European
National Federations met in Toulouse on the 19th and 20th of January 2002,
in order to work for the future of International Championships of the
endurance discipline.
They reached the following agreement :


IV. Heart rate. The result of the heart rate check has to be open to the
public on a monitor, for example using a HRM connected to a large screen
(unanimous vote).
