Another Saddle question

 I have heard a lot on this list about saddles hurting horses' backs. I
have also heard negative things other places about riding bareback. SO,
my question is, I am thinking when we go to riding 50s switching from my
Abetta and trying a treeless saddle. What are the pros and cons to that,
seeing we are already in a saddle discussion here.
