    The vet didn't recommend any specific changes in his shoeing and he did speak directly with my farrier. As far as I know, the angles are correct, I've been using this farrier for about 3 years and haven't had any lameness issues prior to this.

    You didn't mention about his shoeing. Are the angles correct? Did your vet
suggest anything like pads or heartbars to support the coffin bone?
