Heart to me is when you've ridden a tough trail all day & just when you 
think you will get off & walk, your horse takes a deep breath & motors up 
that last tough hill :)

I don't know, however, how to "see" it when looking at prospects.  In fact 
I don't know how to tell if your horse has "it" until tried out on the trail.
