Ridecamp: [RC] Morab Endurance award

If you have a endurance Morab or know an AERC member with 
one that is not listed as such in the AERC records - you 
may want to let the office know so that the horse can be 
considered for the award below.

Following is the description of the award and qualifications.

The Morab Community Network (MCN) proudly joins
the AERC breed award program.  Starting with the
2001 season the MCN will honor two Morabs with an
award and a Certificate of Achievement. A look
through the records of the AERC shows Morabs
competing for quite some time.  A prime example
would be KOOTENAI ZIZZERO +GA (IMR031F). 
Campaigned over the years by Suzanne Hayes, she
and Kooter have earned among many awards, the
AERC 1997 "Pard'ners" award.    So it is 
appropriate that we join with AERC in honoring the 
distance Morab.  

The award is based on a formula developed by the
AERC.  The Morab placing the highest in their annual 
statistics for -  most miles ridden, all rides, all 
riders: both Long and Limited distance  - are our 2 
winners of this special MCN certificate, trophy and 
special award.
