Hi Sue
Try spraying inside your horse's hooves with cooking spray. Like Pam or
Mazola. (don't think it matters what flavor !) Works pretty good. Also, once
they have a snow and ice build-up, I find it easier to tap on the hoof wall
lightly with a hammer instead of scraping it out. Usually comes right out.
