    Without seeing exactly what she is doing I would have to agree with the vet that it COULD be an Arab thing. I have had many Arabs that liked to twirl their necks both under saddle and at liberty. I think they liked to see how many knots they could make in their mane, haha. I had one gelding that could very quickly toss one rein over his head so that I had both reins on one side. I almost started using an Irish martingale on him, but he eventually stopped doing it or I was able to read his mind and keep it from happening.
