    [RC] Talking Trucks - Jonni

2001 Ford F350 Powerstroke crew cab dually, 4x4, MANUAL transmission 9.5'
cab over camper, and 4 horse steel bumper pull trailer. Fully loaded with 3
horses, and a bunch of feed the rig weighed in at about 20,000# total.
(truck, camper, trailer and all) Spent all of summer 2001 on the Pony
Express trail. Had NO problems, and still have had not had any. We now have
37,000 miles on it. Has exceeded all of our expectations for power and
handling. I know some have been very happy with their automatic
transmission, but I am old fashioned, and feel for towing, a manual is the
best way to go. Yep, I get tired of shifting, but it is worth it for the
control I have over the power both going up hills, and down. You can see the
truck and the whole rig at:

(yes, we love the truck so much, we did a webshots page for it!<grin>)
