[RC] Tie Rings - Barbara H-B

Saw an interesting thing at the PNER convention last year........ the Blocker Tie Ring. Bought two actually. They allow the lead rope to slide through when given a lot of pull ie. a panicing horse. When the horse stops fighting the rope stops sliding. No quick release thus turning the horse over backward or no snapping metal hooks or clips with the resulting flying bits! They have worked very well a few times for us. He doesn't appear to have a web page but his name is Ted Blocker out of Estacada, Oregon - Phone number (503)631-2380
