[RC] [Guest] warts on muzzle - Ridecamp Guest

Hi,
I have a weanling who has developed warts on her muzzle. If I remember
correctly, this is something that can be common in young horses? (my last
weanling had them but that was quite a few years ago) Does anybody know
what the treatments are for this? I'd heard somewhere about cutting them
off, but would like the treatment to be as painless as possible.
