Ridecamp: [RC] Fwd: Virus Alert - urgent as I've received this one

If detected, to delete:
-Select Edit, then choose "Select all", which highlights the file
-Select file, then choose "Delete"
You may have to do the above procedure frequently to prevent reinfections until virus software catch up on this one
I am sorry for this but since I found it after receiving this e-mail, I thought I had better warn anyone in my mailbox so that the virus can be deleted.
