    Go to www.horsesport.org, check the regulations for endurance and then pick someone on the endurance or veterinary committees to send an email to. Some of them do answer, but it may take a while. If you can find someone from the US they are likely to answer faster.

     Could someone please tell me how to contact those responsible within the FEI to find out;

    • If the change in rider weight from 70kg to 75kg is recommendation only or already cast in stone,
    • The rationale for that change.

     

    So far, the reponses to my original query have been from people who also do not know the content of the debate but who are speculating that it was gender biased. I find that hard to believe, but it would be nice to know the reasons for the change.
