    Heidi, I agree 110%.  That is EXACTLY it.  When I was growing up, my peers often laughed at me for missing dances (like the prom for one), games etc.  But it was a joy to laugh back at them and say... Ya well you didn't see a bear did ya?  Or Elk?  Or the most beautiful scenery God created.  I didn't mind them laughing.  I figured the joke was on them!

    Linda, I am still wiping the tears from your post.  Boy... to be that kid again!  

    My 16 month old (Colton) LOVES the horses and loves to camp. He whinnies at the horses Constantly!  He runs to the windows and yells "Or-ie."  Friends at the rides call him "Endurance Baby," and many have seen him taking baths in muck tubs. (clean ones Howard<g>)  I hope one day he will ride, but if doesn't that is FINE too!  Camping as a kid with the family, is the next best thing.
