    [RC] Coggins - Tamara Taylor

The horse that I am offering for sale was only advertised locally and
provincially. I had no intention of selling 'internationally' which is why I
was not planning to get the coggins done. It is not the law in Canada. A few
years ago I sold a TB mare and advertised her across North America. I had her
coggins done at the time she went onto the market but this was reflected in the
price. In this case where the US buyer is interested in my horse at the
Canadian price should I explain that if I get the coggins done it will be
    reflected in the price???

    Tamara
