If that means me, I took the 5 year old because her mother's horse was a pain in the ass and she knew she would need all her concentration on her horse to avoid being bucked off. Actually the horse bucked her off about 5 miles into the race but then was fine after than. I took Larrissa with me because my horse was better and got along fine with her pony.
Most of my juniors ride with me because their parents do not ride...... mb
