    On this note how many other physically challenging sports allow 5 year old or younger to compete. A 5 year old skiing down a mountain can't be compared to a 5 year old spending 24 hours in an physically and mentally challenging horse race.
     
    I agree that AERC is being irresponsible by allowing this to happen.
