[RC] WEC qualifications - Pete and Debbie LaBerge

It is music to my ears to hear the French chef d.q.recommend stringent
    qualifying criteria for all countries.
Coming from the French, who have ridden professional rides, prepared as
a team, I hope this has some weight.
In has really bothered me to see countries with little experience gain
on the job training at a major 100 mile event, so that there can be more
    participation.
I do not understand what the politics of this is.
    Debbie LaBerge
