I just posted about riding 6 days per week for
about 40-60 minutes. I ride right around the house since I have two little kids,
so we are not racing around. I have read alot of others people conditioning
programs and I thought that they go out three times a week for a few hours. Can
someone clarify this.?? Like how would I go about conditioning him for a 30 mile
ride if I only ride him three times per week for an hour? How do I not
overcondition but accomplist anything since my schedule is different then most?
I could only go out on a long ride once a week (meaning over an hour). How do I
know he is getting more fit? Thanks!!!
