Ridecamp: [RC] [Guest] Beet Pulp

When feeding beet pulp should it be weighed dry or wet?  Can it be used as
the sole feed or should it be mixed with grain?  I feed a complete Purina
feed and feel that beet pulp might be beneficial to my very hyper little
Paso Fino.  She needs to maintain her weight but I don't want the carb
crazies.
