    I use this one:
    Superfeet Hiking Footbeds II - High Profile $29.95  Item 630101 (GREEN)
    (they are designed for shoes where you can remove the factory insole, like most running/cross training shoes and most hiking boots).
     
    If you have shoes where you can't remove the insole, use this one:
    Superfeet Hiking Footbeds II - Low Profile $29.95  Item 630102 (BLUE)

    Recently someone (Mike Sofen?) reported great results with REI Superfeet insoles in his riding/trail shoes.  I just went online to check them out and found REI has 6 different models from $17.95 to  $84.95 and I have no idea which one to order. HELP!
