[RC] [Guest] Expanding on Pinto Arab down hill - Ridecamp Guest

Some people have sent some very good ideas, but I wanted expand on a few
    things.

Saddle fit is not one of the issues. I guess I should of stated that in my
    1st note, but
it is hard to remember everything. I have an OF that fits him perfect, but
    even w/ no
saddle on, and no rider on, he can't go down a hill.

The vet(s) are coming out again, and xrays are going to be the topic, but
    first I need
to try and help them pin piont were the problem is. His stifles are fine,
    and he is
100% sound. I think the problem is in his hips, but the vet is thinking
    it's in his back.
So we just need help pin pointing.

When he goes donw the hill, it feels like his hips are not connect to his
    back spine. He
wiggles and wobbles and crosses his back legs from time to time, and he
    looks like a pretzel.
This is common to young horses, or horses who came from flat land. It has
    allways been concerning
to me, but it was kind of wrote off, because of his age, and he needed
    muscle. When we'
finnish a 25 mile CTR, is 100% sound (he has done 3 at a slow pace). Not
    one vet ever found anything
    wrong on a CTR.

So I was just hoping that someone has the same problem and could help me pin
    point
this. Or we'll just take alot of xrays.

    Thank you again
