[RC] LSD - not the O'Leary kind - FASTGraphic

Okay, I actually have an endurance related question...........

When we talk about LSD, what exactly are we saying? How long? How slow?
How much distance? I have always ridden (in everyone's opinion) way too
much. LOL Hours and hours, mile after mile. My idea of a good time is to
saddle up as soon as the kids are out the door to school, and try to make it
back by the time they get home. :o) That was how I met Tammy Robinson and
got into this whole endurance thing. But when we are talking of training
with LSD, could some of the more experienced conditioners tell me how they
perceive it? Would love to know.
Scott (who, upon first hearing that to train for endurance one needs lots of
LSD thought, OMG! My old college roommates have invented their own sport!
