Re: [RC] WEC - Finish - Howard Bramhall

I'm not sure, Frank.  I do believe the horse that should have won is probably sitting inside his barn somewhere wondering why he's not out there running (or, in this case, racing).  Sheik Mohammad doesn't have to run the best horses in the world as long as he can keep them from running against him.

Don't get me wrong, I'd probably sell him one too; I need the money to pay my Internet fees.  Even my gal, Val sold him one, or two, or three. It's even in her bio!

I'm not trying to be judgmental here, not at all; I'm just making an observation. If Leonard is right then the winning horse this year came from Australia.  Five to Ten years ago the Sultan of Swing purchased quite a few horses from this country.  Now, apparently, he's moved on.

I'm sure capitalism is alive and well all over the world and Americans are not the only ones who sell to him.  My point is, if he continues to buy up all the best, whom will he be racing against in the future?  I think the humorous woman from North Georgia answered that one when she used the word "sheikling."

    cya,
Howard (I'll be quiet now; I just wanted to get that one out of my system)

Keep selling them our best and they will continue to beat us.

    Howard,
Was the "winning" horse formerly an American endurance horse..the second place, the third?
