[RC] "one thing" and Oceseola? - Rides 2 Far

I will give some positive references. GO to Hahira (usually in Nov) and
Soperton (around Easter). They are two of the most fun and best managed
rides imaginable, and they're in South Georgia, plenty close enough for
you to go to. Any horse worth buying in the first place could do a
    conservative 25 at Hahira.

As far as all these people who say start late. I started my first 50
with my App after the pack because I was so sure he'd be a total idiot.
Instead, he decided it was a rediculously long trail ride in which we
never turned back towards home. (It was a 50 mile loop). He did the
whole thing on *no* adrenaline and it took forever! My legs were totally
exhausted from squeezing him forward. I prefer to start behind a good
babysitter who is looking out for my hide. An experienced junior with a
good horse who is willing to sponsor you is great. :-)
