My little guy went around the big hayfield across
the road one lap his first ride, two laps his second ride (one lap=1/2mile),
then it was off to the training trail for about 2 or 3 miles, then we did a
whole 6-7 mile lap the next time. He's doing really well (except for that little
incident with the pheasant) and I hope to take him on his first ride in October.
He's four and a half.
