    Hi Elaine
Not to make fun of your friend, but I have bee ROTFLMAO at the vision--- he must resemble Don Juan on the donkey in the coffee commercial. I know that vision well because that is how MY husband looked (he is 6'5") when he got on my 14.2h mare once when I was first trying her out. In fact, that is when Sheila Varian walked into the barn and said "My God, that man is too big for that horse! I'll 'throw in' my big gelding!" (Of course, "throwing in meant a $2000 add on to the price---- but hey, that gelding beat one of her best Country English horses at Paso so I guess we got our money's worth ;-)
So I am saying that IMHO that horse is too small for that man. I know Heidi doesn't like me bringing this subject up again (we have had our differences in the past re: BIG Arabs--- me standing a 16.2 Purebred Arab stallion put me in the pro position with her breeding her smaller Arabs putting her in the con position) BUT, I'll tell you my husband feels MUCH more comfortable on his 16h Arabian gelding and feels he is pushing the envelope when he is on anything smaller than a 15.2h horse. I guess it is partly a matter of personal preference and then maybe someone should ask the horse! ;-)
