[RC] Trail Marking - Joan Dowis
The Oma Ranch Ride in Mt. Aukum, CA, was held two or three times, I rode it
twice. The main trail markings were some kind of biodegradable spray paint
on tree trunks, rocks, etc. I believe it was chalk based. This type of
marking proved very tamper proof unless the perp was extremely well prepared
and had lots of time on his hands. It was also very visible orange. The
only way to get rid of it was to spray paint over it with something else.
