Re: [RC] Old Macs - Kathy & Mike Kelly

I've been very happy with the Old Macs, I've yet to have one come off, and I've ridden around 500 miles using them.  But I can't vouch for their performance in muddy/wet or sandy conditions, its just hard and rocky here.  They look clunky, but they don't seem to bother my horses at all, they move very well in them.

So...I still want to know about those funky shoes Ol Macs - keep the comments coming because these sound fascinating to me - do they come off in the sand? Do horses get weirded out with them as some do with boots and such?
