    I like mine for general trail riding but gave it up when I started
    conditioning because of the heat issue and everytone telling me, the less
    pad sticking out, the better. The pockets aren't really that big but I can
    get a couple of water bottles in each one. I never had it slip on me, even
    when I didn't have anything heavy in the other side.
