    Quite seriously - this is hogwash.  Mandatory helmet laws for motorcyclists 
    and seatbelt laws for cars have been in place throughout the nation for years 
    now.  And insurance premiums have gone up every year since they started.  If 
    you love helmets, good for you.  But one should not use junk logic to try to 
    force their opinions on others.  Wear your helmet and just smile at us fools 
    feeling the wind in our hair, huh?  :o)
