Re: [RC] A question for Maryben - Charles

You sit down with your spouse and say "I'm going to be busy at the barn on
Saturday. You will be in charge of the kids". Then reinforce it. Go ride.

On the other side, when you get back, don't complain about the care the kids
got (so long it's within reason, and by my book that means no blood, no
starvation, and no excess mess). Your husband will not do things the way
you do them, but don't let that get in the way.

    Charles
PS: But then consider I'm on marriage 3, and fell in love with horses
because my wife had a few (and now we have more).
