    I wanted to say publicly to you that first of all, yes, we will get back to cool conversation; while this is a tough crowd, it is not without a ton of closeness in many ways - so rest easy. And as a newbie, WELCOME to you! We won't lose the meat of this group. I think you spoke very true and thoughtful words. No flame here - and again, welcome!
