    Of course people are entitled to their opinions.  When you represent a
    board, of whatever kind, and sign off that opinion, stating your membership
    of that board, then you imply that the opinion is held by that board.   If
    you have to express your opinion, then you should, IMO, ensure that the
    manner in which it is expressed is not, in itself, offensive.  Words like
    "AH" and "Jerk" are offensive.
    
    It's called responsibility.
