[RC] Arabs/part arabs in N. Texas may need rescue - Jon . Linderman

Got this message on a National Show Horse group I belong to about horses in
neglect. There is a link to the article included. Underfed, overbred, and
according to the post the woman's 3rd offense. Previous horses were sold
    at SPCA auction.

Subject: Dr. Elizabeth Rohr Accused of Horse Neglect!!!

If you have sold any horses to Dr. Elizabeth Rohr (in north Texas), on
a payment plan, your horse(s) may be in jeopardy. We're finding that
there are at least three individuals who have sold Saddlebreds, Arabs,
and other breeds to this Rohr individual who has a hearing set for
tomorrow (Thurs.) in Wise County, TX. This is the woman's THIRD
offense over the past several years with respect to neglect of horses.
Here is the link to the newspaper article: http://www.wcmessenger.com
These horses may not go back into Rohr's possession, and as before
(two years ago), some people lost their horses to the SPCA auction
buyers that took place. You need to act VERY quickly if you have
horses with this woman that you've sold on contract (and have not been
paid for). It seems that she has bought quite a few horses from
people that live far away. Makes me question if this was intentional.
She has 150-200 horses on her property -- not all have been seized at
    this point.

Please get this message out to all you know that may have sold horses
on contract here in north Texas.
