    Why would historic rides require a change in sanctioning
    when they have been "proven". The reason the restraints were
    in place for special sanctioning was to make sure the rides
    "performed" as per AERC expectations.

    First if the ride gets sanctioned soon - before dec - then
    it's unlikely
    the motion would apply.  There are already rides sanctioned
    for 2003 and
    I don't see us redoing these rides.
    
    Second - the motion may not pass or it may not take effect
    until 2004.
    
    Just to be sure - I would get the ride sanctioned sometime
    soon.
