Of course before I had junior riders, I was still chicken and I used to have Becky go with me.  One time we went and looked at a great Lanigan mare that was supposed to be western pleasure trained and the saddle slipped and she bucked Becky off.  I don't think she has ridden a horse for me first since then.....mb
