Ridecamp: [RC] Day of the Horse: Bill No. ACR 175

It was our local Sonoma County trainer and clinician, Dennis Reis, who
prompted Assemblyman Joe Nation to introduce this bill and got it passed.
 Joe used to be a director of our local water company and we are very
pleased that he's done this, even tho he is not an equestrian himself.   
Equus magazine has picked up on it and it might even become a national
event (;-))))))  
    BY ALL MEANS,   Equestrians the length and breadth of California
should make sure that celebrations and/or observances are arranged and
that this hits their local newspapers on the appropriate day!     Yee
