Ridecamp: [RC] Ringers?

 There is a concern that in the National Championship this year there was a
feeling that some ringers were brought in.  The horses that were supposedly
qualified were not the ones that were brought in instead of ringers and the
possibility at some future date there will be chips inserted in our horses
so that we will know exactly who is there. >

This was in the notes of the march 3, 2002 Board meeting held in Reno .
Anyone care to comment on this ? Who supposedly brought in the ringer /
ringers for the NC ride ? If they did why wasn't something done about it at
the ride ? This is the first I have heard of this .
