    Most anyone with any endurance experience would disagree with this.  That is a lot of riding.  I ride three days a week and that is for 100's too, if I ever get around to doing another one.  I ride 25 miles on the weekends just to condition.  Of course, with only 8,000 miles, what do I know.  I have only done two LD's........mb
