[RC] Dear MSN - Howard Bramhall

    Dear HOWARD BRAMHALL,

We are contacting you because we are unable to obtain approval from your credit card company to charge your credit card for your subscription to MSN Internet Access. The cause may be that your credit card recently
expired, or it may be that your credit card was recently cancelled or replaced.

MSN requires both a valid credit card and current expiration date for continued service.  The credit card we are unable to charge is a(n) Master Card  with an expiration date of 04/2002.

You can easily and safely update your information now, by following the instructions below.  By acting quickly there will be no interruption of service.

Thank you for subscribing to MSN and prompt attention to this credit card issue.  We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with the highest quality Internet Access.

    Sincerely,

    MSN Customer Care

P.S. If you've recently taken care of this matter please disregard this notice and accept our thanks!

    Dear MSN:

Well, it's been fun using your service for free for almost two years.  I had no idea you even had a credit card number for me.  But, alas, like my telephone, that number never rings correctly anymore.  And, when it comes to my credit cards, they usually don't ring at all.  Ever since the Post Office raised it's rates again, I just haven't felt like buying any more stamps, which seem to be required to pay one's bills.

So, I guess we must separate, part our different paths, go our different ways.  I shall return, once again, to AOL, where the weather is more pleasant and they seem to accept bogus credit card numbers far more easily than you do, now that I'm on your debtor's list.

Well, Ridecampers, here we go again.  Howard is getting another "boot," but, this time for a different reason.  I seem to be having trouble posting on Ridecamp already via MSN, so expect another extended break from those weird and irrelevant Howard posts.  But, I'll be back, maybe, next time under an assumed name.  I have lots of ideas; even more questions.  For one, is Oprah too fat to ride an endurance ride?  And, how much will Oprah pay for an endurance horse, of the highest caliber?  Stay tuned, we might come up with the answer to those questions, and more.

    cya,
Howard (dying to be one of those wimmen on Ridecamp)
