Nope.  My vet sold me the vaccine so that I could "shoot" my own horses.

    I've found the prices in this area vary tremendously from vet to vet (N
Texas)----I not only found a vet who would let me give my own shots, he was
willing to ship it two counties away and was $6.50 per shot less expensive
than my own vet (his price included a $5 price break for giving it myself).
My vet's price was the same, whether I gave it or she gave it; the new vet
in town was $1.50 less than my vet, but wanted to give the shots himself.
Other vets have charged up to $10 more per shot than these.   Shop around if
you have large numbers.
