Ammo for sale in gas stations, sounds like Michigan.  Add a guy with a dead deer tied to the back of his pickup for a week straight during deer season and you have some parts of Michigan.

My hay supplier tried to charge me $2.75 a bale for seconded cutting grass/alfalfa mix, I told him to get real, called a buddy and he'll sell me the same hay for $2.00 a bale, that I can handle.

Angie!! You got it!!  This is Redneck country; dogs ridin' in pickups, cowboy hats, some real cowboys, even, ammo for sale in the mini-mart gas stations, huntin' and fishin'...Seriously, still pretty rural up here, but civilization is a'comin'.  The cattle ranches are disappearing and dressage arenas are going up in their place.
