Any RM can go to the AERC ride managers page and look up
whether a member is currently paid up in dues and info on
their horses.
This turns out to be pretty useful if you are checking on
the entries for your ride.
In the case of Potato Richardson - it shows his dues are
paid for the year - he's a LW, and has AERC # 2249.
If he's not in the directory - it could be an error.
