[RC] Horse communities can work - Michael Maul

The horse community in Orange County, CA - Orange Park Acres - works very well. Well maintained trails everywhere in the community. It's about 30 miles south of LA. Lots of good trails nearby for conditioning in the hills. And a nice arena for shows and competitions.

I would guess more than 80% of the residents have horses.
