[RC] RE:driving pony - Ridecamp Guest

There is a wonderful list that is all about driving (as Ridecamp is to distance trail riding) where you could ask all of your driving questions.

While driving can be a ton of fun, with many different activities you can participate in, as mentioned, it can be dangerous if things fall apart. Look into finding a person in your area that drives, and go take at least a few basic lessons on harness fit and adjustment, and see if you can drive a well broke animal before starting to teach your pony. If you are not sure of folks in your area that drive, please drop me an e-mail, and I will see if I can find someone near you.

We drive our Arabs both for fun around the dirt roads in our area, and we also compete at pleasure driving shows, and combined driving events.
