I have made and sold
hundreds of these girths. There is differences in neoprene. Different
manufactures. And different grades, and thickness. And though most horse are
fine with all of it, some do have an allergy. Though this is extremity rare. I
have never heard of one pulling skin off like that though. Sounds frightful! You
