    Can anyone tell me what are the health requirements/Brand Inspector
requirements for taking a horse from Oregon to Calif  for the Redwood Ride
in Orick, Ca in August? What about crossing the AG. Inspection with Oregon
Hay? Also, here is a newbie question, on the ride form it states that the
fee includes State Drug fees. What does that mean?
