    Additional courtesy.....either offer to open and close a gate for other
    riders or wait for those that do.  It is the height of rudeness to have
    another open the gate for "you" and then "you" go running off, leaving the
    gate opener behind.  This could fall into your "wait for another rider to
    remount" category.
