Ridecamp: [RC] LD again

Steph, I had a similar thing happen to me this weekend at the Oakland
Hills ride. I was doing 25 miles and was waiting to vet out before
continuing on to the final loop and I was bumped for some 50's. I was
told "your only doing 25 miles and not for time, so you go take care of
your horse and come back later"!! I was appalled. The vet hold was only
15 minutes and by the time you got through just waiting in line, your
time was up.
 I understand allowing people to go ahead of me if I was finished, but I
still had another loop to do.  This was my second ride and my horses
first. I felt like a second class citizen.  I would like to continue to
do more 25's, but personally I feel the need to get into the 50 class so
people will take me and my horse more seriously....
